Basic Setup Flow

Import Subscription and Connect

Follow one clear path from account creation to exit verification to complete your PeeVPN setup. For AI tool access, network conditions, and risk considerations, continue to the complete guide.

Before You Start

Confirm Your Device and Access Point

PeeVPN supports Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. This page covers the basic workflow for common desktop and mobile platforms: create an account, choose a plan, get your personal subscription link from Account Overview, and import it into a client. Each step depends on the result of the previous one, so installing a client first and looking for a subscription source later is not recommended.

Before you begin, make sure your device can access the PeeVPN user panel normally, and prepare a username you can easily identify along with a unique password. PeeVPN does not require an email address. Your username and password are the main credentials for accessing Account Overview, viewing plans, and managing your subscription. Store the password securely and do not forward it or place it in a public document with the subscription link.

If other network tools have been configured on the device, consider noting their existing settings before you begin, but there is no need to delete them right away. After completing this guide, you can use the client status and exit lookup to determine which configuration is active. If you encounter conflicts with old configurations, system permission issues, or failed route updates, visit FAQs and search by symptom.

Create an Account

Set a Username and Password

Open PeeVPN’s free-start page to set a username and password. No email address is required. Check both fields carefully, then submit them. The username identifies the account, while the password is used for later access. If your browser offers to save credentials, decide based on your device habits; never save them on a public device.

After a successful submission, the page opens the user panel. Check the account status and navigation area first to confirm that Overview, Client, and Plans entries are available. A newly created account does not yet have an active plan, so it is normal not to see complete subscription details for a working connection. Next, open the Plans section and choose an option that matches your actual data needs.

If the page remains unchanged after submission, read the message near the input fields and check whether the username is already in use, both password entries match, and the password was entered completely. Do not repeatedly create multiple accounts. If the message is unclear, keep the page open and visit the Help Center for account-related issues. After creating the account, place the order while using that same account so the order does not become separated from the account currently signed in.

How It Works

Choose a Plan by Data Usage

Open the Plans section and first distinguish between monthly subscriptions and data packages. Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date, making it suitable for regular use. Data packages are deducted according to actual usage, remain available until used, and never expire, making them better for less predictable usage. Choose based on your usage cycle and data habits rather than comparing the displayed capacity alone.

Monthly subscriptions offer 60GB, 250GB, and 500GB per month, priced at ¥9.9, ¥18, and ¥28. Data packages offer 300GB, 1000GB, and 3000GB, priced at ¥158, ¥358, and ¥658. All plans support use on unlimited devices, but the subscription link is still an account credential and should only be configured on devices you manage.

After choosing a plan, create an order as instructed in the panel, then select an available payment method from Alipay, WeChat, or USDT. When finished, return to Orders or Account Overview and wait for the panel to show that the plan is active. Do not repeatedly create orders for the same plan before leaving the payment page. If payment is complete but the status has not updated, refresh Account Overview first, then submit the order details through the user panel’s ticket option.

PeeVPN offers a 30-day no-questions-asked refund. This guide covers only the main path from ordering to activation; it does not detail order statuses, plan upgrades, or refund processing. To compare data tiers, review upgrade information, or learn how post-payment handling works, visit the Plans page for the full terms.

Start Using After placing your order, return to Account Overview to confirm the plan status.
Account Overview

Copy Your Personal Subscription Link

Once the plan is active, open Account Overview in the user panel. Find the copy or import option in the subscription details section; the panel shows the subscription available for the current account. After clicking Copy, the link is placed on the system clipboard. Switch directly to the client to import it, and avoid pasting it temporarily into a chat window, shared note, or other public location.

The subscription link lets a client retrieve route configurations and update the list later; it is not an ordinary web address. It may contain account-related parameters, but this page does not display a real subscription address. The example below is only for recognizing the link structure, cannot connect to PeeVPN, and should not be used after modifying its characters.

https://example.com/sub?token=YOUR_TOKEN

If no subscription entry appears in Account Overview, first confirm that the signed-in username is the account used to place the order, then check whether the plan is active. If the plan appears normal, refresh the page and open Overview again. If it is still unavailable, do not construct an address yourself or use a link from an unknown source. Submit a ticket through the user panel so support can review the order status on the account.

Platform Access

Import the Subscription into a Client

After getting the subscription link, open the Client section in the user panel and choose the platform for your device. PeeVPN does not publish static installer URLs on its marketing pages; the user panel is the source of truth for both client access and account status. After installation, return to this section and follow the subsection for your system to find the subscription import entry.

The shared workflow across platforms is to open a PeeVPN client that supports subscription import, find the configuration or subscription management entry, choose Import from Link, paste the copied content, and run an update. After a successful update, the client should show selectable routes by region. Configuration import is only the first step; you must still choose a route and connect.

Windows

Import on Windows

Select Windows in the Client section of the user panel and obtain the PeeVPN client using the method shown there. Open the client after installation, go to subscription management, configuration management, or add-configuration, and choose import from the clipboard or a link. Paste the subscription link copied from Account Overview, give the configuration an identifiable name, save it, and run an update.

After the update finishes, return to the client’s main screen and confirm that the route selector contains entries. If the list is empty, check that the copied content is complete at both ends, then return to Account Overview and copy it again. When Windows establishes a connection for the first time, it may show a system network permission prompt. Read it and allow the client to create the configuration required for this connection.

macOS

Import on macOS

Choose the macOS entry in the user panel and obtain the PeeVPN client. The first launch may require confirmation of the app’s source or permission to create a network configuration. Complete the system prompts, then open the client’s subscription or configuration section. Choose Add via Link, paste the subscription content, save it, and click Update to load the route list into the client.

Some macOS clients separate the main window, menu bar entry, and subscription management. If the main window has no obvious Add button, check the menu bar icon or the configuration page in Preferences. After a successful import, do not close the client immediately. Return to the main screen and confirm that the imported configuration is selected before continuing with connection verification.

Android

Import on Android

Choose Android in the user panel and obtain the PeeVPN client using the method shown for your account. Open it, go to the configuration or subscription page, tap Add, and choose Import from Clipboard. If the client offers both scanning and link options, this guide recommends using the link just copied from Account Overview so its source can be checked.

Save the configuration and update the subscription, then wait for regional routes to appear in the selection list. The first time you tap Connect, Android displays a network connection permission screen. Grant permission so the client can establish the connection. If strict background restrictions are enabled, keep the client running during the connection test. For more detailed battery-saving and background behavior guidance, search FAQs by device symptom.

iOS

Import on iOS

Select iOS in the user panel, review the currently available client and access instructions, and install it through the panel entry. Open a client that supports subscription import, go to its configuration, subscription, or remote-file section, choose Add via Link, paste the subscription link from Account Overview, and save it. Then run an update and confirm that the client can read the route list.

When you start the first connection, iOS asks for permission to add a network configuration. Read and confirm the system prompt so the client can change its connection status. If no connection indicator appears after leaving the client, reopen it and check that the correct configuration is selected instead of importing the same link again. For App Store region and iOS configuration differences, read the iOS Setup Guide for Beginners.

Linux is also supported by PeeVPN. Because desktop environments and import methods vary widely, this page does not cover command-line or system-service configuration. Sign in to the user panel for the Linux entry; for complex scenarios, continue to the Complete AI Guide to learn about the requirements for connecting development tools with network environments.

Connection Check

Choose a Route and Confirm It Works

After the subscription update finishes, return to the client’s main screen, choose a route matching the target service region, and click the connection toggle. Wait until the client clearly shows that it is connected before opening a browser to verify it. Do not switch routes repeatedly while the status still says Connecting, or it will be difficult to tell whether the route is slow to respond or the previous connection is still ending.

Once connected, open PeeVPN’s IP Lookup page and check whether the current exit details have changed. The goal is not to remember a specific address, but to confirm that the displayed region matches the direction of the route you selected. You can then open the website or app you actually need and check that loading, sign-in, and sustained connectivity work normally.

If the client shows Connected but the IP lookup result has not changed, disconnect first and confirm that the active configuration is the PeeVPN subscription you just imported. Then choose a route again and reconnect, close other tools that may be using the network configuration, and refresh the lookup page. If only one app does not follow the connection, check whether it uses its own proxy settings. This page does not cover detailed rule configuration to avoid adding unnecessary variables to the basic workflow.

If routes are listed but the connection fails, update the subscription once and try another route in a nearby region. If the problem continues, note the device system, the exact error text shown by the client, and roughly where the issue occurred, then submit a ticket through the user panel. A clear description of what happened is more useful for troubleshooting than simply saying “it does not work.” Make sure screenshots do not include the complete subscription link.

Next Steps

Keep a Clear Maintenance Path

After the first connection, everyday use usually requires only opening the client, updating the subscription, choosing a route, and connecting. When changing devices, sign in to the PeeVPN user panel again, copy the subscription from Account Overview, and import it on the new device. Do not forward it through chat history from the old device. PeeVPN supports use on unlimited devices, but each device should be managed by the account holder so the subscription credential stays in a controlled environment.

When route names or available regions change, update the subscription in the client first. This rereads the route configuration currently available to the account and is more direct than deleting the client or creating another account. Plan data, order status, and the subscription entry are all available in the user panel. If you need more data, choose a monthly subscription or a data package that never expires based on your actual usage.
