Identify the layer where the problem occurs

Account access failures, subscription update failures, client connection failures, and access problems limited to one app occur at different stages. First confirm that the original network can open ordinary webpages, then check the client and subscription status, and only after that switch servers. This avoids repeatedly changing servers when the local network is down and reduces unproductive troubleshooting.

Information to provide

Keep the issue reproducible

If you need help through a support ticket, include the platform, the error shown by the client, the steps taken before the issue appeared, and whether it still occurs after switching servers. Do not submit your subscription link or password. A clear reproduction path makes it easier to identify whether the issue involves importing, parsing, routing, or the destination service.

Account

Accounts & Subscriptions

Manage registration requirements, subscription access, configuration updates, device changes, and credential security.

Do I need an email address to sign up for PeeVPN?

No email address is required. You can create an account with a username and password. Choose a username that is easy to remember but not reused with other services, and store your password in a trusted password manager. Your username and password let you access the user panel, view plans, and retrieve subscription access; losing them may affect future account management.

Where can I find my subscription link after activation?

After signing in to the user panel, open the account overview or client section to view your current subscription details, then follow the instructions for your platform to import it. Treat the subscription link as an account credential and never post it in public chats, forums, or screenshots. Get the client and subscription access from the user panel; marketing pages do not provide static installers or public subscription addresses.

How do I refresh the client after my subscription link is updated?

First confirm the current subscription access in the user panel. Then open the client’s subscription manager and choose Update, Refresh, or Fetch configuration again. Button names vary by client, but the process is the same: save the latest access, update the server list, select a server again, and test access. If an old configuration has not been updated for a long time, delete the old entry and import it again.

Do I need to activate another plan when I switch devices?

No. You do not need to activate a plan again when changing devices, and PeeVPN supports unlimited devices. Sign in to the user panel on the new device and get the client and subscription access for its platform. When retiring an old device, delete local configurations and sign out, especially before transferring, repairing, or resetting it, so your subscription credentials are not left behind.

Can I share my subscription link with someone else?

Manage the subscription link as an account credential; forwarding or publicly sharing it is not recommended. Clients typically use the link to retrieve the server configuration associated with your account. Once exposed publicly, it may be imported by others and consume your plan’s data. If the link has been posted publicly, stop sharing it and report the situation through the user panel or support ticket portal.

Connection

Connections & Troubleshooting

Trace connection problems through the system network, client mode, subscription format, and network-switching state.

Why can’t I open websites even though the connection succeeds?

A connected status only means that the client has established a tunnel; it does not confirm that the browser, system DNS resolution, or destination website is working. Disconnect and reconnect, switch servers, and fully quit and reopen the browser. Then check the system time, whether the original network can open ordinary pages directly, and whether another network tool is also changing the system proxy.

Why can’t a particular app use the proxy?

Some apps ignore the system proxy or choose their own network interface, so an individual app may connect directly even when the browser works. In the client settings, look for Global, System Proxy, or Tunnel mode and make sure the target app is not excluded. After changing the setting, fully close and reopen the app. If the client lacks the required mode, try another compatible client on the same platform.

What should I check when subscription import fails?

First make sure you copied the complete subscription access, not a server name, webpage address, or text truncated by a chat app. Check that the client supports subscription imports, then copy and paste the access again from the user panel. If the client reports a format error, update it and retry. If the issue persists, keep the error message and report your platform and steps through a support ticket.

What should I do if I cannot connect after switching from Wi-Fi to another network?

After a network change, the old connection may retain its previous address and routing state. Disconnect manually in the client, wait until the system confirms that the new network can open ordinary webpages, and then reconnect. If there is still no response, switch servers or restart the client. When switching networks repeatedly, avoid leaving multiple network interfaces active at the same time.

Which operating systems support PeeVPN?

Supported platforms are Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Permission prompts and import methods vary by operating system. Open the downloads and subscriptions area from the user panel and select the instructions for your device. After installation, grant the network configuration permissions required by the system, then import the subscription and select a server.

Server

Speed & Servers

Distinguish slowdowns, regional detection, and persistent-connection issues by considering the local network, destination region, and specific app.

How should I troubleshoot slowdowns during peak hours?

Pause large file transfers and system updates first to rule out local bandwidth usage. Then switch to another server in the same region and test both an ordinary webpage and the target service. If every server is slow, check whether the original network is congested. When choosing a server, consider the actual destination and current network performance—not just geographic distance.

Should I choose a server by distance or by the destination region?

For everyday browsing, start with a nearby server that provides a stable connection. For services that apply regional checks, prioritize an exit region that matches the service’s requirements. A nearby server is not necessarily suitable for every website, and a distant one is not always slower. A more reliable approach is to test the same page consistently and keep one working backup server.

What should I do if an AI tool stops generating or keeps loading?

AI tools often rely on persistent connections and streaming output, so a brief server fluctuation may cause a response to stop, repeated page loading, or an expired login session. Save any unsent content first, then switch servers, refresh the page, and submit the request again. In developer tools or command-line workflows, also check whether the program is reading the current system proxy settings.

Streaming opens, but the content is from the wrong region. What should I do?

First confirm that the selected server’s exit region matches the content region you want to access. Then fully quit the streaming app or close the related webpage. The service may retain an earlier regional cache, and switching servers only in the background may not refresh its detection immediately. If the region is still incorrect after reopening, clear the service’s site data or try another server in the same region.

How broad is PeeVPN’s server coverage?

PeeVPN covers 90+ countries / 200+ servers. The server count provides options for different regions and access scenarios; it does not mean you need to switch manually every time. A common approach is to keep one primary server and one backup server for each target region, switching only when access problems occur rather than changing exit locations repeatedly.

Billing

Billing & Refunds

Review monthly subscriptions, data packages, data resets, payment access, and refund request procedures.

What monthly plans and data allowances are available?

Monthly plans: ¥9.9/month with 60GB · ¥18/month with 250GB · ¥28/month with 500GB. Choose based on your typical browsing, streaming, file transfers, and device usage. Use the plans page to compare options; activation and account management are handled in the user panel.

When does monthly data reset, and how is a mid-cycle upgrade calculated?

Data resets monthly on the activation date, and a mid-cycle upgrade is prorated based on the remaining days. The activation date determines the monthly data cycle; it does not reset on a uniform calendar-month schedule. Before upgrading, check your current plan status and remaining details in the user panel, then open the plans area to choose an option so you do not confuse a data package with a monthly subscription.

What data packages are available, and do they expire?

Data packages remain available until used and never expire: ¥158/300GB · ¥358/1000GB · ¥658/3000GB. They work differently from monthly subscriptions that reset on the activation date and are better suited to usage based on actual consumption. Check the package type on the plans page, then open the corresponding option from the user panel.

Which payment methods are supported?

Supported payment methods are Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Start the payment process from the plans and orders area in the user panel. Do not place an order through an unfamiliar page or a payment link forwarded by someone else. After payment, return to the account overview to check the status. If it has not updated, keep the order details and report the issue through a support ticket.

How do I request a refund?

PeeVPN offers 30-day refunds without requiring a reason. Sign in to the user panel, verify the relevant order in your order history, and submit a refund request through the support ticket portal, identifying the order. Keep the ticket record after submitting and avoid creating duplicate requests for the same order. Check the ticket reply in the user panel for the processing status.
