Service Content and Scope
PeeVPN provides subscription services for cross-border access, international websites, and network acceleration, covering 90+ countries and 200+ routes, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. The regions, route types, and client access points available for connection are subject to the information shown on the service page and user panel at the time.
Route quality may be affected by the user's local network, device status, target service policies, international link changes, and other external factors. PeeVPN may adjust route access points and service configurations for maintenance, security, or operational needs, while making reasonable efforts to minimize disruption to normal use.
Account and Subscription Use
Accounts are created with a username and password, with no email address required. Users must protect their login credentials and subscription links and are responsible for activity carried out under their accounts. Subscriptions are for the account holder and devices under their reasonable management, with no limit on the number of devices online at the same time.
Users may not resell, rent, publicly post, or otherwise distribute accounts, subscription links, or service access to unrelated third parties. They may not use automation to create accounts in bulk, interfere with billing, or unusually consume route resources. If credentials are exposed, users should change their passwords promptly and stop using the exposed subscription information.
Compliance Requirements
Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable in their location and to the relevant service use scenario. PeeVPN must not be used for illegal activities, infringement of others' lawful rights, distribution of malicious software, unauthorized system access, network attacks, fraud, or other conduct that may harm the service or third parties.
Users must also follow the service rules of each website, application, and platform they access. PeeVPN provides network connectivity and does not participate in account reviews, content management, or transactions between users and third-party platforms. PeeVPN does not guarantee that any third-party service will remain available to a particular region or account.
Service Availability and Liability
PeeVPN will carry out necessary route maintenance and fault handling, but network services may experience connection interruptions, speed changes, or partial unavailability due to upstream operators, device environments, target site changes, force majeure, or temporary maintenance. Users should retain necessary data backups and alternative arrangements based on their actual needs.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, losses caused by user device configuration, improper credential protection, changes to third-party services, or events beyond PeeVPN's reasonable control shall be borne by the responsible party in accordance with the law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that may not legally be excluded or limited.
Refunds and Account Termination
A full, no-questions-asked refund may be requested within 30 days of the first payment. Refund requests may be submitted through the ticket entry in the user panel. PeeVPN will verify the date of the first payment and the relevant order, then process the refund according to the actual handling rules of the original payment channel.
Users may stop using the service. If an account involves reselling or publicly sharing subscriptions, seriously disrupting route operations, illegal activity, evasion of normal billing, or continued violations of these terms, PeeVPN may restrict relevant functions, suspend the service, or terminate the account. Any action will be taken with consideration of the nature of the conduct, its scope of impact, and verifiable records.
Changes to These Terms and Other Provisions
PeeVPN may update these terms due to service adjustments, legal requirements, or changes to operating rules. Updated content will be published on this page, and the last-updated date will be revised accordingly. Material changes affecting user rights or obligations will be announced through available on-site channels. Continued use of the service after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms and the Privacy Policy together form the service usage rules. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Questions about orders, accounts, or refunds can be submitted through the user panel as a ticket.
