This policy applies to the PeeVPN marketing website, user panel, and related subscription services. Data processing follows the principles of defined purposes, necessary scope, and appropriate retention periods. Only information required for account management, order fulfillment, service operation, security maintenance, and legal obligations is processed.
When accessing third-party websites or services, those parties process data under their own privacy rules. This policy does not replace third-party privacy notices. Before continuing to use external services, users should review their data practices and regional requirements.
Data Collected and Purposes of Use
PeeVPN accounts can be created with a username and password without an email address, so an email address is not required for registration. The account system stores the username, securely processed authentication credentials, plan status, traffic usage, and necessary account settings for authentication, quota calculation, service delivery, and account security.
When an order is completed, the service stores the order number, selected plan, amount, order status, payment method, and necessary transaction result to confirm delivery, process refunds, reconcile accounts, and resolve order disputes. Payment methods include Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT.
The website may collect usage analytics such as pages visited, referring pages, browser type, device category, language preference, and interaction events. This information helps identify page failures, evaluate content usability, and improve workflows. It is not used to build profiles of the content users access.
No-Logs Position and Connection Data
PeeVPN does not record which websites users access, retain communication, query, or transmission content, or create long-term browsing records that could be used to reconstruct an individual's network activity.
During service operation, the system may temporarily process technical information required for establishing connections, calculating traffic quotas, diagnosing faults, and maintaining security. Such information is limited to the scope required for the relevant purpose. Once the purpose is complete, it is deleted or de-identified. It is not retained as ongoing connection history or used to analyze specific access destinations.
Cookies and Local Storage
The website and user panel may use Cookies or browser local storage to save login status, language preferences, interface settings, and necessary security markers. These mechanisms maintain session continuity, recognize signed-in status, and reduce repeated setup. They are not used to store the content of websites users access.
Users can clear Cookies and local storage through their browser settings. After clearing them, login status and some preferences may reset, requiring users to sign in again or select the relevant settings again. Disabling necessary storage features may also affect normal use of the user panel.
Payments, Data Retention, and Deletion
Payment processing is handled by the relevant payment provider or transaction network. PeeVPN receives only the transaction result needed to confirm order status and does not directly store complete payment account credentials. Payment providers process transaction information under their own policies, which users should read before making a payment.
Account and order data are retained for as long as necessary to provide services, fulfill refund and accounting obligations, handle disputes, and meet applicable rules. Usage analytics and temporary technical data are deleted, aggregated, or de-identified when no longer needed. Retention periods vary by purpose, order status, and necessary obligations, and are not extended indefinitely merely for storage convenience.
Users can request access to, correction of, or deletion of relevant account data through the support ticket entry in the user panel. PeeVPN will first verify the request's connection to the account, then process data eligible for deletion. Data still required to complete a valid order, handle a dispute, or fulfill a necessary obligation may be deleted after the relevant matter ends.
Policy Updates
PeeVPN may update this policy in response to changes in service processes, technical measures, or applicable rules. Updates will be published on this page, and the last-updated date at the top will be adjusted accordingly. Significant changes to data processing practices may also be announced through the user panel.
Updated policies take effect when published. Users are encouraged to review this page again when account details, payment processes, or service features change to understand the data practices currently in effect.
